Self Leadership for the "In Between"
If you landed here, something brought you.
And whatever that is — it's enough.
You don't have to name it or explain it.
This is not a place to fix you.
It's a place to sit with you.
Based in North Vancouver, BC, I work with clients in person and virtually across Canada — whatever season you are in.
I work with people during all stages of personal and professional change — when life feels unfamiliar, priorities are shifting, or something in life or work needs to realign.
Many people arrive here without the right words for what they're experiencing, and that's okay. That's what I am here for.
I provide that safe and grounded space to pause, reflect, and listen to your body and tap into your intuition- so your next steps feel intentional and genuinely yours.

HOW I WORK
My approach is grounded, practical, and deeply human.
Rather than offering advice or pushing for quick answers, I create space for meaningful reflection — helping you reconnect with your values, listen to your own knowing, and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.
Clarity doesn't come from pressure. It starts from the inside first, then from understanding what truly matters, and allowing your next steps to grow from there.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This work may resonate if you are navigating:
· A career shift, leadership transition, or return to work
· A health journey, recovery, or major life disruption
· A season of uncertainty — personally or professionally
· A quiet sense that something in your life needs to realign
· The question of what comes next — and how to move toward it with confidence
STARTING THE CONVERSATION
You're welcome to come exactly as you are — pulled together or uncertain, clear on your goals or simply sensing that something needs to shift.
If you're looking for a grounded, human place to begin, we can start with a simple, confidential conversation.
Your path. Your purpose. Your pace.
