Based in North Vancouver, BC, I work with clients in person and virtually across Canada — wherever you are in your journey.
I work with people during all stages of personal and professional change — when life feels unfamiliar, priorities are shifting, or something in life or work needs to realign.
Many people arrive here without the right words for what they're experiencing, and that's okay. That's what I am here for.
I provide that safe and grounded space to pause, reflect, and listen to your body and tap into your intuition- so your next steps feel intentional and genuinely yours.
Self Leadership means three things working together:
1. Calming the nervous system.
My approach is grounded in Polyvagal Theory — the science of how our nervous system responds to stress, uncertainty, and change. When we’re activated or overwhelmed, clear thinking and confident decision-making become almost impossible. Learning to regulate that internal state isn’t a soft skill — it’s the foundation everything else is built on.
2. Choosing how you think.
Drawing on neuroscience and neuroplasticity — the brain’s proven ability to rewire itself through new patterns of thought — self-leadership coaching helps you consciously choose what you focus on, how you interpret what’s happening, and what stories you tell yourself. You have more agency over your inner world than you may realize.
3. Leading the life that’s actually yours.
Not the version shaped by other people’s expectations — at work, at home, in your friendships, your community. Self-leadership is the ongoing practice of making intentional choices about how you want to show up, what truly matters to you, and where you want to go next.
Reconnect with your nervous system.
Realign how you think.
