Nature has a unique way of nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. I believe that movement, community, and time outdoors are powerful elements for wellness and recovery. That’s why I’ve designed coaching and wellness experiences grounded in the energy of nature.
Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice that involves immersing yourself in a forest environment to promote relaxation and well-being. Unlike hiking or exercising, it focuses on slowing down, engaging the senses, and being fully present in nature. This practice has been known to reduce stress and anxiety and boots mood and mental clarity increasing creativity and problem solving skills. It also provides a natural mindfulness practice, building resilience, and offers a place of community in a small group setting.
Private Offerings:
Customized sessions available for private groups, families and corporate team building.
Public Offerings:
Monthly sessions with a small group of max 4 participants, dependent on weather. Please inquire for dates and details.
