Return Stronger wasn’t just my mantra—it became my mission.
Welcome, I’m Stacy—a life and transformation coach, outdoor enthusiast, and business leader based in North Vancouver, BC.
On February 14, 2023, my world shifted, unfortunately it wasn't because of a grand valentines gesture. I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Over the next two years, I faced multiple rounds of chemotherapies, surgeries, and radiation therapy—each step a battle for my life, and a battle to live my life the best I could. Amid the fog and chaos, I was reminded of something profound: waiting for the "right time" to chase your dreams is a myth. Life doesn’t pause, and neither should we.
Through adversity, I found clarity. I realized I had spent too much time living by others' expectations, putting off my own dreams. Cancer taught me to embrace each day as if it were my last, to create special moments, and to find strength in personal goals. I ensured the outdoors remained my sanctuary and my place of restoration, movement became my medicine, and setting even the smallest goals gave me purpose. I pushed forward through adversity with my plan and goals in clear sight. maybe not at a pace I am used to, but when I look back - I am so proud of the accomplishments I made during this really difficult time. Most importantly, I know I am on my right path, living aligned with my values and working towards my Purpose.
